We have received information that a person presenting himself as "Marcin Dynamo
is falsely posing as an employee, associate, owner or president of Yareal Polska sp. z o.o.
or its special purpose vehicles, including Yawa 7 sp. z o.o.,
offering, among other things, the sale or purchase of real estate
on behalf of or for the benefit of the aforementioned companies,
including apartments in the ODEA Park investment.
We inform you that the Company does not cooperate (and has never cooperated) with "Marcin Dynamo".
We warn against undertaking any cooperation with him, as well as with Ms. "Izabela Koroniewska",
who is falsely indicated as the vice president of Yawa 7 sp. z o.o.
We recommend reporting any attempt to contact by one
of the aforementioned persons to law enforcement authorities.
