Plac Kaszubski Residence - an apartment building built in the heart of Gdynia, stands out with its modern shape and large, arched windows. The building has 38 apartments of various sizes and heights of up to 3 meters. On the ground floor of the building, there are five commercial premises, a green area is created at the back, creating a patio with a bicycle parking lot and a playground above the underground garage. The interiors of the common areas refer to the style of staircases in Gdynia tenement houses from the interwar period, and those entering are greeted by an elegantly arranged entrance zone introducing the atmosphere of a classic urban residence.

The architecture of Plac Kaszubski Residence is characterized by an elegant, harmonious style. The bright façade, the large windows positioned closely together, the rounded corner of the building, and the recessed top floor are a reference to Gdynia modernism. We can also find interwar-inspired touches inside – in the arched staircases and in the common areas finished with precious materials inspired by the traditions of Gdynia.
