Step 2

Selection of
a CV by the
HR department

After sending the application, the HR department will analyze your CV and consult it with the managers of the relevant departments.

People whose experience best suits our needs will be invited to the next stage, which may be the first interview.

Step 3

Invitation
to an interview

During the first interview, the candidate will meet an employee of the HR department and the manager / representative of the department to which he / she is applying.

This interview is aimed at getting to know the candidate (getting to know his experience, level of English), as well as presenting our company, the specificity of the position and a detailed discussion of mutual expectations. For middle and senior positions, the candidate may be invited to one or two further interviews, which will also be attended by top management.

Step 4

Completion
of formalities

At this stage, we will present the selected candidate with a cooperation offer and complete the formalities.

Welcome
to Yareal!

In the first days of working together, our new employee will take part in a full-day onboarding program, including: health and safety training, meetings

with the HR department, with the Inspector of Personal Data Protection of the Yareal Polska group, IT representative and getting to know the applicable rules and benefits in the company. In addition, the new employee will be indicated his job position and responsibilities. Part of the onboarding program is also visiting the entire office, which means getting to know individual departments, their representatives and employees.
