Yareal has launched the sale of apartments in the intimate buildings of Strefa Wilanów, which will be located on the road that leads into Miasteczko Wilanów right next to the district’s town hall. In two phases, Yareal will develop 9 buildings with nearly 300 apartments.more...

The residential complex will be constructed in a broad, open, loosely clustered arrangements. The property, which is the last undeveloped plot in this most representative part of the district, will abound with green areas.

- We offer a wide choice of apartments, from the compact studio and two-room units to the comfortable five-room apartments with terraces located on the top floors. The units will range in size from 35 to 130 sq.m. We improved the original plans by creating well thought-out layouts to make sure they will address the needs of the future tenants. The project was received with great interest, especially among the current tenants of Wilanów who are looking for a bigger place to live or a place to place to invest in - says Director of Residential Projects at Yareal Polska, Jacek Zengteler.

On 26 October there was a grand opening of the sales office, which features a three-room show apartment of ca. 75 sq.m. The sales office is located on the project site at Kieślowskiego and Oś Królewska Streets near the road that leads into Miasteczko from Przyczółkowa Street.

Streta Wilanów will stand in the heart of the district, next to the linear park at Wolicki Canal and the nearby picturesque Oś Wilanowska, the Wilanów beach, presentable town hall building, and the biggest square in Miasteczko with such amenities as a leisure park and a number of restaurants and shops. When completed, the project will have much more to offer, with new shops and services planned in six retail units on the ground floor of the new apartment buildings.

- The architects from the renowned architectural studio Kuryłowicz & Associates underlined the character of this singular location. We wanted to make sure that Strefa Wilanów is representative, yet perfectly integrated into the existing surroundings full of impressive architecture and a network of streets which have already been given their final shape –Jacek Zengteler explains.

Yareal’s project will also contribute to the completion of the bicycle path and pavement along Kieślowskiego Street which will connect Aleja Wilanowska to Klimczaka Street and thereby complete the connection to the bicycle track running from Miasteczko Wilanów to Powsiń and Las Kabacki.

In October the developer will start demolition of the skeletons of the three buildings left years ago after the unsuccessful project of another developer. The construction of Phase 1 is scheduled to begin in mid-2017.
