Exact Sciences is a leading provider of cancer screening and diagnostic tests, offering patients and healthcare professionals the knowledge needed to take life-changing action sooner. Exact Sciences commenced operations at LIXA D in July of this year, opening an office spanning 1,273 m². The company also decided to expand within the building to an additional 566 m² of modern space, which is currently being fitted out and will be delivered in November of this year. Ultimately, Exact Sciences’ office in LIXA D, on the first floor of the building, will cover over 1,800 m².

The LIXA D office building was developed as part of the office campus near Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw, as the final element of Yareal Polska’s flagship complex. It was completed on the western side of the publicly accessible LIXA City Gardens passage, which unifies the entire LIXA complex. The LIXA D building supplies approximately 10,000 m² of modern office space to the Warsaw market and was commissioned in March 2024.

The LIXA campus was developed in stages, forming a complex of five buildings with a total area of 77,000 m², designed by the renowned studio HRA Architekci. The buildings perfectly align with Yareal Polska’s sustainability strategy, not only through eco-friendly materials and renewable energy sources (including the use of low-emission concrete and façades made from 70% recycled aluminium in LIXA D and E) but also through a strong emphasis on social and urbanist aspects. The entire complex features over 5,500 m² of green areas, including patios and terraces. LIXA is an open campus, accessible to employees of companies located there and to Warsaw residents, who readily utilize its rich service and culinary offerings, as well as its green squares in the heart of the city.
