Yareal has been selected by BGŻ BNP Paribas to build its new headquarters in Warsaw. The project will be located on a site owned by Yareal on the corner of Kasprzaka and Karolkowa streets. BGŻ BNP Paribas signed a lease agreement with Yareal and will occupy 22 000 s qm, i.e. 80% of the project to be delivered in the first half 2020. The location, which is historically close to the bank’s current headquarters has been selected because of its excellent transport links, vicinity of the subway station as well as bus and tram stops. The reasons behind the choice are also due to the high quality of the project harmoniously developed around a large green patio, offering number of facilities.The investment will combine state of the art technologies with high quality materials, making it ergonomic in terms of both work environment and maintenance, while preserving sustainable development, which will be certified by BREEAM at the level Excellent.
