Yareal has begun the sale of apartments in Sienna 65.
The 10-floor apartment building in Sienna Street, located only a few-minute walk from Rondo ONZ and Central Railway Station, will feature 80 exclusive apartments of much diversified area and 2-storey underground parking. During the first week of sales, 25% of the apartments have been already sold.
At the beginning of October, Yareal launched its new investment located in 65 Sienna Street. All apartments have been crafted around functionality of rooms, freedom of arrangements and comfort for future residents. The façade will be finished with noble materials and an unusual element in the form of special pots for plants on the balconies. Thanks to such a solution, the building’s body will be enriched with characteristic greenery diversifying the elevation’s rhythm. The building will be erected in the surrounding typical for Warsaw’s downtown where there are both, frontage layout as well as modern, small buildings surrounded by greenery, e.g. along Sienna and Złota Streets. Amongst surrounding tenement houses, one can find also modern apartment buildings and office buildings holding seats of big corporations. The investment in 65 Sienna Street will complete this layout creating pedestrian passages with neighbouring buildings connecting Sienna and Złota Streets and it will be perfectly integrated into the existing urban tissue.

Yareal intends to start the construction of Sienna 65 in the spring of 2018. Selection of the general contractor is underway. The developer has already got legally valid construction permit
