Yareal will soon begin construction of an exclusive apartment building which will be located just 200 meters from the southern gate of Royal Łazienki Park.
The UNIMAX Construction Company [Przedsiębiorstwo budowlane UNIMAX] has been chosen as the general contractor for the Łazienki Park Residence project. The modernist and prestigious investment, inspired by interwar architecture, will comprise of 64 apartments and penthouses. Residents will be able to move into their apartments in the Ujazdów district by the end of next year.
The 4-storey building will discreetly blend in to the neighborhood with its stylish stone facade and greenery that will gradually grow along the walls of the Łazienki Park Residence. The modernist structure will be accentuated with round, shimmering corners and balconies inspired by pre-war modernism. The street-facing side of the building will include a beautiful facade crowned with a green pergola on the top floor.
“There’s a lot of interest in this project. Łazienki Park Residence will offer about 50 apartments and penthouses. Each apartment will include a terrace, loggia or private garden. Residents will have access to an exclusive private fitness and relaxation zone with a sauna and room to relax, as well as 84 parking spaces, 8 bicycle racks and 24 storage rooms. This investment will truly be of a unique character and built to high-quality standards, and this requires that we cooperate with a proven, experienced partner – that’s why we chose Unimax as the general contractor” – explains Jacek Zengteler, Yareal Polska Board Member, Head of the company’s Residential Department.

The building and apartments of Łazienki Park Residence will be characterized by their high standards and attention to detail. The largest penthouses will offer terraces spanning up to 150 sq. m. and above-standard residence heights of up to 3 meters.
Łazienki Park Residence will be tailored to fit the needs of residents with disabilities and will also receive a “Very Good” BREEAM certification. The complex will be implemented with various pro-ecological solutions and residents will receive Fibaro smart home management system packages that facilitate the management of their home appliances and security. Moreover, parking spaces in the underground garage can be equipped with individual charging stations for electric vehicles at a clients' request.
