In low, two-storey buildings, 93 apartments will be built. The site in Dolny Mokotów is another project which Yareal decided to entrust to the Fundamental Group. The choice of the general contractor was determined by the company's good cooperation with the developer to date and the high quality of work, which is a key condition for cooperation with Yareal.

The Dolina Mokotów Residence will be built below the Vistula escarpment next to the planned park covering several hectares, on green areas at the junction of two avenues - Sikorski and Wilanowska - where at least 60% of the area is to remain natural. All three buildings will be south-facing, positioned towards the green courtyards, directly adjacent to a large square. An intimate atmosphere will be created by the low, two-storey buildings and the design solutions used, where each of the staircases will have a maximum of 3-4 apartments on each floor. Almost 20% of all the units that were put on sale have already found a buyer.

"The Dolina Mokotów Residence offers, among others, a unique solution prepared by Yareal for multi-generational families or those who use the assistance of a permanent babysitter. We have designed units allowing for constructing an independent, additional entrance to the apartment, leading to a private part with a separate bathroom and a kitchenette. This type of apartment allows several generations of the same family to live together in one place, while at the same time ensuring independence and comfort for seniors in the care of their family as their closest neighbours," explained Yareal general manager Jacek Zengteler.

Most of the 93 apartments in the Yareal project are large, 4-room units ranging in size from 90 to 117 sqm, with oversized glazing and balconies and loggias stretching around the buildings. The Dolina Mokotów Residence also offers larger, even up to 140-metre, 5-room apartments and 2- and 3-room units (41-71 sqm). Each apartment can be connected to an independent air conditioning system. All the owners will receive a standard package of smart home management solutions. The Fibaro Smart Home System enables, among others, to control home devices with a smartphone or tablet.

Parking spaces for residents are provided in an underground car park. Some of the 127 spaces allow the installation of an electric car charging station with an individual energy consumption meter. The Dolina Mokotów Residence will meet the stringent requirements for buildings certified under the BREEAM sustainable building system. Yareal's investment project will be one of the first residential estates in Poland with the highest rating for multi-family buildings, at the Very Good level.
