Only several dozen flats are left for sale in Strefa Wilanów. Customers’ interest in the purchase of apartments located right next to the city hall is so massive that the construction, which had been initially planned for two stages, will be carried out in one. The commencing works over the small buildings of Strefa Wilanów should be finished at the end of Q2 2019. Kalter, a company specializing in the realisation of multi-family residential estates, including high-standard apartments, is a tested partner and has been chosen by Yareal to be the investment’s general contractor.

“We have decided to entrust Kalter, a company with which we have successfully cooperated in the past, with the execution of the investment. We have already realised two prestigious investments together – small apartment building Londyńska 5 in Warsaw quarter of Saska Kępa and Rezydencja Konstancińska in Sadyba. We believe that Kalter will meet our high expectations concerning the quality and timeliness of works” said Jacek Zengteler, Member of the Board Yareal Polska, heading the department of residential investments in Yareal.

Strefa Wilanów is located on the last undeveloped plot in the most attractive part of Miasteczko Wilanów, at the junction of Klimczaka and Kieślowskiego Streets. The inhabitants will be able to enjoy vibrant centre of the district offering numerous restaurants and outlets in the nearest proximity. Thanks to the fact that Yareal will build a missing part of bike path in Kieślowskiego Street, the investment will be connected with the already functioning in the quarter developed network of bike paths.

Yareal`s project will provide the residents of Strefa Wilanów with a lot of space and green areas to be created around the two urban villas inside the housing estate. Green areas along with the architecture matching the character of neighbouring buildings and the city hall will allow to harmonise Strefa Wilanów with the existing development. Prestigious location next to the planned promenade along Oś Królewska running right to the Palace Museum in Wilanów will definitely be considered an additional advantage for the residents.

Majority of the clients opting for the purchase of an apartment in Strefa Wilanów has already been living in Miasteczko Wilanów. The investment is attracting, first and foremost, people interested in increasing their comfort of living. Strefa Wilanów will be the first estate built by Yareal in Warsaw, which will receive BREEAM “green” certificate confirming its environmentally-friendly character.
