Yareal’s flagship office development – Nowogrodzka Square – has received occupancy permit.
Along with an exclusive office building of 11,000 sqm, Yareal has also built attractive, pedestrian urban passage connecting Aleje Jerozolimskie and Nowogrodzka Street. The modern building has been erected between historic tenement houses, complementing historic urban tissue with an elegant façade covered with transparent onyx. First tenants will move into the new office building already this June.
Nowogrodzka Square is a 6-storey boutique, A-class office building, enriching the downtown segment of Aleje Jerozolimskie with an entirely new quality. It has been designed and built for the most demanding tenants, looking for private atmosphere in central, prestigious location with perfect access to key transport routes. The building is located a few-minute walk from the Central Railway Station and Złote Tarasy shopping mall.
“Metropolitan passage next to Nowogrodzka Square creates attractive, new and vibrant connection between Aleje Jerozolimskie and Nowogrodzka Street. After less than 20 months, we’re finishing the construction with great satisfaction, because this place in the very centre of Warsaw had been totally inaccessible and unknown in the past. With its passage, the newly-erected Nowogrodzka Square offers this access to practically everyone – tenants, passers-by and guests of the service outlets on the ground floor. Unique façade of raw concrete has been completed with translucent stone – onyx – mounted on the tilt windows. As a result, the façade will shine through beautifully at any time, lightning up the mall between the office building and monumental seat of the Military Geographical Institute,” explains Eric Dapoigny, President of Yareal Polska.
Yareal’s flagship development has been carefully fitted into its historic surroundings of modern tenement houses. Thanks to its unique architecture and top quality materials, for the very first time in history this location offers open public space, creating attractive entity connecting the office building’s interior and greenery on the spacious square in front of it.
Each of the six floors of Nowogrodzka Square offers 1,500-2,000 sqm of functional office space with vast arrangement options. Huge terraces with a view over the Warsaw skyline providing a place for small open events, will be exclusively available to tenants on the top floor. The underground parking will provide 148 parking places and some bicycle racks. Employees of companies which will soon move into Nowogrodzka Square will be able to get to work by any means of public transport as the building’s location ensures convenient railway, tram, bus and underground connections.
