Yareal has gained two new tenants, who will occupy 1,000 sqm of space in the campus-like office building NEOPARK in southern Służewiec.
W.P.C. and nation-wide residential developer Longbridge will move their seats to NEOPARK. New tenants will occupy offices on the first floor of building A, which was commissioned last summer. NEOPARK is a modern office complex which will ultimately consist of two buildings of the total area of 24,000 sqm.
W.P.C. – distributer of Japanese, British and Indian stationery, office and school supplies – will start operating in its new seat in February 2018, occupying 540 sqm. Developer Longbridge, carrying out residential projects in Warsaw and a few other Polish cities, has also joined NEOPARK’s tenants. New headquarters of Longbridge (which should also move in February 2018) will cover 460 sqm of office space.
“Choosing NEOPARK was natural to us – we believe the building is located in the most attractive and friendly part of the quarter, which is reflected by convenient transport and diversification of functions in the closest proximity. Anyway, one of our residential developments – Luxor (currently fully inhabited) is located right opposite NEOPARK. NEOPARK building itself combines aesthetic values and functional solutions of state-of-the-art office buildings,” says Marcin Szulc, President of Longbridge.
JLL team advised NEOPARK’s developer during negotiations of the tenancy conditions.
“NEOPARK is a modern office complex enabling free space arrangement, allowing to adapt it to the tenants’ individual needs. Another important advantage consists in the complex’s location – in Mokotów business centre, 7 minutes from the Chopin airport and in the neighbourhood of numerous public transport stops, accounting for a huge convenience for people working there. Additionally, NEOPARK’s offer is supplemented with service and commercial outlets, allowing the employees to settle minor matters during work or right after leaving the office,” explains Ilona Orkwiszewska, Consultant in the Office Space Leasing Department, JLL.
“We are happy that further companies are joining tenants, who have chosen our office building for their seat. NEOPARK is located in the southern, most attractive part of the Służewiec district. Requirements of tenants and their employees are constantly changing, influencing the adaptation of projects to their current needs. Millennials expect standard finishing to provide friendly, open and attractive space, both in the workplace as well as around it. Hence, we have designed in NEOPARK an entirely glass façade as well as sunny, large terraces cascading towards spacious, green yard with canopied bicycle racks. Despite the fact that the yard constitutes a part of the private office complex, it is still open to the street and accessible to all. We have done our best to integrate NEOPARK into the diverse functions of its direct surroundings, in order to complement advantages offered by Służewiec quarter,” says Eric Dapoigny, President of Yareal Polska.
NEOPARK’s tenants have numerous public transport means at their disposal. The complex can be reached by bus or tram, as well as underground and suburban train (SKM), stopping at Służewiec station – only a few-minute-walk from the office buildings. Moreover, bicycle paths, built within Yareal’s investment, lead right to the building.
