The WiredScore technology certificate recognizes buildings that provide excellent digital connectivity. With the certification of LIXA D, WiredScore specialists have confirmed the availability and reliability of internet providers, connection redundancy and security, mobile and Wi-Fi signal coverage, and the potential for further infrastructure expansion. Only the most technologically advanced buildings globally can boast the Platinum level of the WiredScore certificate.

WiredScore was founded in 2013 on the initiative of New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg to improve the city's broadband infrastructure. Since then, over 75 million m2 of commercial and residential space has been WiredScore certified, impacting the lives of approximately 8 million people in 160 cities worldwide.

Colliers served as the consultant for the WiredScore Platinum certification process for LIXA D.

The LIXA D office building was developed as part of the office campus near Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw, serving as the final element of Yareal Polska's flagship complex. It was completed on the western side of the publicly accessible LIXA City Gardens passage, which unifies the entire LIXA complex. The LIXA D building added approximately 10,000 m² of modern office space to the capital's market and was commissioned in March 2024.

The LIXA campus was developed in stages, forming a complex of five buildings with a total area of 77,000 m², designed by the renowned HRA Architekci studio. The buildings align perfectly with Yareal Polska's sustainable development strategy, not only through eco-friendly materials and renewable energy sources (including the use of low-carbon concrete and facades made from 70% recycled aluminum in LIXA D and E) but also through a strong focus on social and city-forming aspects. The entire complex includes over 5,500 m² of green areas, including patios and terraces. LIXA is an open campus, accessible to both employees of the companies located there and Warsaw residents who enjoy its rich service and culinary offerings, as well as the green squares at the heart of the city.

LIXA also features the most advanced technological and pro-environmental solutions. The buildings are certified in international rating systems, including BREEAM Excellent, WELL Health-Safety, ActiveScore, and AirRated, in addition to WiredScore.
