EYEmova is a comprehensive ophthalmology and training center whose mission is to improve the quality of life of people with visual impairments through laser vision correction and by providing advanced training for physicians in the use of modern laser technologies. The clinic’s services will include, among others, laser vision correction, cataract surgery using state-of-the-art intraocular lenses, refractive lens exchange (RLE), astigmatism treatment, and blepharoplasty. EYEmova is owned by Medistay, a company whose partners combine extensive expertise in solving vision-related issues with experience in new technologies.

„‘EYE’ refers to the eye, while ‘mova’ is inspired by the words ‘movement’ and ‘nova,’ symbolizing motion and a new quality. The combination of these elements reflects our vision of modern, dynamically developing ophthalmology based on technology and continuous progress, while also adding depth to our brand name. EYEmova is also a training facility and a place where we will develop ophthalmology-focused projects, including a patient-friendly application offering rapid eye condition analysis and support in selecting the optimal treatment or correction pathway. Our goal is not only to diagnose and treat vision problems but also to leverage cutting-edge technology. We focus on solutions that are already available yet not widely adopted, as well as entirely innovative technologies that we plan to introduce to the Polish market. We also intend to share our knowledge by training doctors in laser vision correction. There is strong market demand for vision correction specialists, while access to education in this field remains limited. Therefore, we will expand our educational activities through both on-site and virtual training programs. For several months, we searched for a location that would enable us to implement our plans. From the outset, we favored areas with strong potential and a distinctive atmosphere. We chose SOHO by Yareal in Warsaw’s Praga district because we believe we will grow alongside this place – expanding our offering and opening up to new locations,” ” – said Anna Goździalska, Member of the Management Board of Medistay, owner of EYEmova.

EYEmova will commence operations at SOHO by Yareal in June this year, occupying a two-level unit of over 500 m2 located on the ground floor of the KARDAN building. The space features above-standard ceiling heights, offering unique interior design possibilities, as well as excellent exposure to the green linear park that integrates the entire SOHO by Yareal complex. In the negotiation process of the 10-year lease agreement, EYEmova was advised by Tandem Home IQ, represented by Aneta Pałgan and Izabela Zuzin-Wiśniewska.

Designed by the renowned architectural studio HRA Architekci, SOHO by Yareal combines residential, recreational, dining, office, and service functions. Awarded the BREEAM Communities certificate, the project integrates post-industrial buildings with contemporary architecture, creating an open and vibrant space that harmoniously complements the character of Prague’s urban fabric. The linear park, intimate courtyards, sunny terraces, and recreational zones foster community integration, while limited vehicular traffic enhances the sustainable character of the development.

At the end of last year, construction of the final residential phase at SOHO by Yareal was completed, comprising two premium-standard residential buildings (SOHO 10 and SOHO 12) and the NEFRYT apartment building. As a result, the residential component of the complex, consisting of a total of 10 multi-family buildings and 870 apartments, has reached its final form.

SOHO by Yareal also offers an extensive retail and service component. Numerous retail and dining units have been located, among others, on the ground floors of the residential buildings. In total, more than 11,300 m2 of retail and service space has been planned across several dozen units within the development. In addition to EYEmova, tenants include Baken, Waszyngton x SOHO, Green Caffè Nero, Przystanek Piekarnia, Ramenownia, Carrefour, Hebe, Bawiarnia OHO, Słoneczna Kraina Kindergarten, OSSKA Design showroom, BABA Body & Social Club, Flower Bar florist, various beauty outlets, and AurelVia Non-Public Psychological and Pedagogical Counseling Center.

Yareal Polska is currently focusing on the delivery of SOHO HUB, the final phase of this mixed-use project in Warsaw’s Kamionek district. This phase includes the development of new buildings, the renovation of existing historical structures, and the comprehensive revitalization of the site’s sole listed historic building. As a result of works planned for 2026–2028, the SOHO by Yareal project will be expanded to include more than 5,000 m2 of modern office space (Mińska 39 and the historic building B.55), nearly 2,500 m2 of functional retail and service space, as well as a PRS component.
