Sixty percent of Yareal’s flagship 11,500 sq. m. investment has already been leased. Nowogrodzka Square is the only modern office building located on this part of Aleje Jerozolimskie. The facade of the building was composed by combining raw concrete walls and an exclusive, semi-transparent onyx in hinged windows. The project – along with its publicly accessible, 100-foot pedestrian walkway – has been incorporated into the modernist and historic tenement houses in the area, which were built at the beginning of the 20th century. Nowogrodzka Square was built in accordance with the highest requirements for ecological construction, as confirmed by its Excellent BREEAM certification.

A typical floor at the Nowogrodzka Square complex offers nearly 2,000 sq. m. of modern and easy-to-arrange office space. The building also has an underground garage that can accommodate up to 148 cars, as well as a dedicated parking area for bicycles.

DuPont was represented by Colliers throughout the process of negotiating its terms of lease with Yareal.
