SOHO by Yareal will expand its culinary offering with the flavours and aromas of Indian cuisine. CurryLab, a new dining concept created by the owners of the IndianTaste brand, has joined the tenant roster of the complex located in Warsaw’s Praga-Południe district. The restaurant, occupying more than 150 m2, will open on the ground floor of the boutique residential building NEFRYT. The IndianTaste brand, whose founders are also behind the CurryLab concept, has been present on Warsaw’s culinary map since 2017. Its mission is to transport guests into the aromatic world of Indian cuisine, rich in spices, colour and authentic flavours. The chefs offer both meat-based and vegetarian dishes, prepared using fresh produce and exclusively natural, unprocessed ingredients. The founders of IndianTaste and CurryLab place strong emphasis on every detail of the dining experience – from original recipes and fresh ingredients to traditional spices sourced directly from India.

CurryLab will be located on the ground floor of the NEFRYT residential building, delivered in the western part of SOHO by Yareal. This intimate development stands out for its distinctive façade solutions, including clinker brick tiles characteristic of the post-industrial complex and signature aluminium cubical forms. The 150 m2 premises will benefit from direct exposure to the linear park stretching across the entire SOHO by Yareal site. In the neighbouring unit within NEFRYT, a Green Caffè Nero café opened in February this year. Marta Jędrach represented the owners of CurryLab in the negotiation and lease agreement process.

Designed by the renowned architectural studio HRA Architekci, SOHO by Yareal combines residential, recreational, dining, office, and service functions. Awarded the BREEAM Communities certificate, the project integrates post-industrial buildings with contemporary architecture, creating an open and vibrant space that harmoniously complements the character of Prague’s urban fabric. The linear park, intimate courtyards, sunny terraces, and recreational zones foster community integration, while limited vehicular traffic enhances the sustainable character of the development.

At the end of last year, construction of the final residential phase at SOHO by Yareal was completed, comprising two premium-standard residential buildings (SOHO 10 and SOHO 12) and the NEFRYT apartment building. As a result, the residential component of the complex, consisting of a total of 10 multi-family buildings and 870 apartments, has reached its final form.

SOHO by Yareal also offers an extensive retail and service component. Numerous retail and dining units have been located, among others, on the ground floors of the residential buildings. In total, more than 11,300 m2 of retail and service space has been planned across several dozen units within the development. In addition to CurryLab, tenants include Baken, Waszyngton x SOHO, Green Caffè Nero, Przystanek Piekarnia, Ramenownia, Carrefour, Hebe, Bawiarnia OHO, Słoneczna Kraina Kindergarten, OSSKA Design showroom, BABA Body & Social Club, Flower Bar florist, various beauty outlets, AurelVia Non-Public Psychological and Pedagogical Counseling Center and the EYEmova ophthalmology clinic.

Yareal Polska is currently focusing on the delivery of SOHO HUB, the final phase of this mixed-use project in Warsaw’s Kamionek district. This phase includes the development of new buildings, the renovation of existing historical structures, and the comprehensive revitalization of the site’s sole listed historic building. As a result of works planned for 2026–2028, the SOHO by Yareal project will be expanded to include more than 5,000 m2 of modern office space (Mińska 39 and the historic building B.55), nearly 2,500 m2 of functional retail and service space, as well as a PRS component.
