This July, construction of 10-storey apartment building at 65 Sienna Street, only 200 m from Rondo ONZ, will commence.
Yareal sold over 60% of the 80 apartments even before the construction started. The developer has just selected the general contractor for this prestigious investment – Fundamental Group.
Sienna 65 apartment building will be erected in high standard. The façade will be embellished with noble finishing materials and unusual pots for greenery – designed especially for this particular investment. Thanks to them, the residents of functional apartments which can be freely arranged, will obtain green balconies diversifying the façade’s rhythm. Entrance to the apartments will lead through a representative, carefully designed lobby with specious reception desk, perfectly visible from the outside thanks to the glass wall.
The building, designed by Maas Projekt studio, will be erected amongst urban tenement houses from the turn of the 19th and 20th century and modernistic post-war residential buildings. Nearest surrounding displays both, downtown frontage development as well as single, small residential and service buildings intertwined with modern apartment and office buildings.

Thanks to environmentally friendly energy- and water-saving solutions, the building’s exploitation costs will be reduced. Owners of all flats will receive a package of smart home solutions by Fibaro, which will simplify the use of home devices and improve safety. According to plans, the construction shall be finished in early 2020.
