Yareal has chosen general contractor for Rezydencja Chrobrego located in Stare Włochy district – RD bud company, with which the developer has so far cooperated during the realization of office projects.
Over 40% of Rezydencja Chrobrego’s apartments have already been purchased. The investment will be certified with BREEAM certificate for green construction. The 3-storey building, which will make up the frontage of Chrobrego Street between Sklepowa and Szczera Streets, will be inhabited by 84 families.
Rezydencja Chrobrego will be erected amongst family and private tenement houses by RD bud – a company which has already constructed prestigious and modern office buildings and complexes for Yareal. In the wake of many years of successful cooperation, both companies are expanding joint realization of developments to include residential investment, the character of which requires huge experience of the general contractor. The design of the building in Stare Włochy’s Chrobrego Street will be modernistic and residential and shall be harmoniously integrated into its green surroundings, thanks to which it will seamlessly suit the quarter’s character and tradition.

84 apartments in Rezydencja Chrobrego will offer 1-4 rooms each and area between 30 and 105 sq m. Each ground floor apartment will have a private gardens of up to even ca. 250 sq m. The construction will be regularly supervised by external auditor, who will verify the realization of requirements stemming from the BREEAM certificate for sustainable construction envisaged for Rezydencja Chrobrego. Additionally, all apartments will be equipped with smart home package improving energy saving and enabling ongoing safety monitoring. Home management solutions provided by Fibaro will also allow residents to remotely control the correct functioning of household installations and appliances using their smartphone or computer.
Future inhabitants of Rezydencja Chrobrego will have as many as two parks in proximity - Park ze Stawami Cietrzewia and Park Kombatantów. Moreover, green complex of former Fort Wola is a bit further. The investment’s location provides diversified means of public transport – buses and suburban train to PKP Warszawa-Włochy station. Simultaneously, entrance to express ring road S2 is located less than 2 km away from the development. Inhabitants of Rezydencja Chrobrego will have nearly 100 parking places in the underground parking at their disposal, while their guests will be able to use several other places right next to the building. Part of the ground floor is dedicated for four retail units.
The General Contractor has started preparations of the construction site. The apartments will be commissioned in H2 2019.
