For decades, Stare Włochy quarter has been developing according to the garden city movement, dominated by single-family housing and small tenement houses. Chrobry Residence’s design has been harmoniously adjusted to its green surrounding with respect to the quarter’s character and tradition. Modern, villa-like character of this surrounded with trees building is stressed by large windows and glass balustrades on the balconies. Internal elongated courtyard will make the recreational area, which suits the needs of both – young and a bit older children, more attractive.

“It is a green quarter ensuring in its closest proximity everything its residents need in their everyday life. Chrobry Residence has been designed for families looking for a flat in a calm area with suburban atmosphere, albeit ensuring convenient connection with the centre of Warsaw. Residents of Yareal’s investment (which will be erected in Chrobry Street between Sklepowa and Szczera Streets) will be able to get to the centre by numerous alternative means of transport. Bus stops, suburban train station as well as “PKP Warsaw – Włochy” railway station are all located in close proximity, while entry to the express bypass S2 is just 2 kilometres away.

There will be 84 apartments with floor area ranging from 30 to 105 sq m. Ca. 20 flats have already been booked within the ongoing pre-sale. A few most representative penthouses with their height reaching as much as 4.3 m will have spacious balconies at their disposal and their unique character will be stressed by large, panoramic windows. Meanwhile, all flats located on the ground floor will have private gardens, the area of which can reach even 250 sq m. The clients will choose from amongst apartments with 1 up to 4 rooms. Almost half of the flats have 3 rooms. All apartments will be equipped with Fibaro’s smart home packages, increasing energy-efficiency as well as monitoring the flat’s security. Solutions used in Chrobry Residence will also allow to remotely control proper functioning of home installations and appliances, using your smartphone or computer.

The construction of the development will take ca. 20 months and its commissioning is planned for Q2 2019. Latest residential investment by Yareal will undergo BREEAM certification process, which will confirm its environmentally-friendly character. In the future, Yareal plans to certify all of its residential estates already at the designing stage and/or during construction.
